1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the l888 website located at https://l888.org and any related mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, and services operated under the l888 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with the l888 Privacy Policy and the l888 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence except where the Privacy Policy specifically addresses data protection matters.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the l888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. l888 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or compulsorily by l888.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register that applies to online gambling platforms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on l888. Opening, using, or attempting to use multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. l888 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate account registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.3 Account Credentials

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. l888 will treat all activity carried out using your credentials as authorised by you. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, l888 may require you to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

l888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). l888 does not impose currency conversion charges on BDT transactions.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as applicable daily and monthly transaction limits, are published in the Payments section of the l888 account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time at l888's discretion. Players will be notified of material changes to applicable limits.

4.3 Own-Account Requirement

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. l888 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a payment method that does not match your registered account identity may be refunded and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following indicative timeframes: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes of approval; Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes; bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank are typically completed within one business day. These timeframes are indicative only. l888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

l888 maintains anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures in accordance with applicable standards. l888 reserves the right to request information about the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in transaction holds, account suspension, or reporting to relevant authorities.

4.6 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. l888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with positive balances, after providing 30 days' notice by email. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice after the dormancy period.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

l888 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its availability.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds that do not meet the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

l888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through collusion with other players, or in any manner inconsistent with the spirit and intent of the promotion. Bonus abuse may also result in permanent account termination.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant offer terms. Expired bonus balances will be removed from your account automatically. l888 is not obligated to provide reminders or notifications prior to bonus expiry, although it may choose to do so at its discretion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is only accepted and binding once l888's system has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed on markets that have been suspended or closed will be voided and stakes returned. It is the player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, odds, and stake amounts before confirming placement.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds offered on l888 are determined by l888's pricing team and may be updated at any time prior to the relevant event commencing. In-play odds are subject to continuous adjustment. l888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake, irrespective of whether the bet has settled.

6.3 Results and Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body of the sport or event (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, l888's decision, made in good faith and based on available official information, will be final.

6.4 Void Bets

l888 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation or abandonment; incorrect market configuration; manifest odds errors; evidence of match-fixing or corruption; or technical failure that affected the integrity of the market. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

l888 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event, which are displayed in the relevant sports or game section of the Platform. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to that limit. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure continued platform operation for all players.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on l888. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or using more than one account on l888.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Allowing or facilitating any other person to access or use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider wagering.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving services.

• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l888 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, howsoever arising.

l888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond l888's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or natural disasters) may affect Platform availability. l888 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as practicable.

In no event shall l888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your l888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your l888 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

12.2 Termination by l888

l888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; abusive behaviour toward l888 staff; or for any other reason that l888, in its reasonable discretion, considers to be in the best interests of the Platform's integrity or its player community.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. All outstanding bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the normal settlement rules, and any balance owing to you after such settlement will be returned subject to satisfactory KYC compliance.

13 Amendments

l888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to address security issues.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. l888 operates its Platform as a safe and reliable entertainment service and applies internationally recognised fair play and data protection standards.

l888 does not make any representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
